Well here we are in exciting August – two eclipses and a Mercury retrograde. We’ll get into the Mercury retrogrades on here soon, since so many people ask me, “What is a Mercury Retrograde?”
But for now some quick and fun little tidbits about the Full Moon Partial Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius that we just experienced on August 7th and even more fun stuff info on the upcoming eclipse on Monday.

First, eclipses travel in “families” and the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Leo is part of a new family on the scene which started for all of us in February of this year – on February 10th we had a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse also in Leo.
Here’s the interesting part. Now take a moment and think back to February and what was going on in your life. Whatever you initiated, started or even mildly entertained back in February should have come to fruition during the August 7th Eclipse. (This is where diaries come in handy, so check your date book or the calendar on your smart phone for clues if you can remember).
As for the New Moon Total Solar Eclipse in Leo on August 21 (that the whole United States is so excited about which is so awesome) – think back 19 years (if you’re old enough to have been around then). What were you doing back in 1998 at this time? Why? Because eclipses (like every planetary transit) occur in degrees. This eclipse happens in the 29th (or last) degree in Leo, the same as the 1998 eclipse in this sign.
When I tell people this it blows their minds. Some automatically said “Nothing,” and some said “Let me think about it,” only to return to me with an “Ooohhh!”
Astrology can be so cool.
So think about it and see what you come up with. “What was I doing in 1998?”
